Journal Club

In 2024 we will have monthly HS rats meetings; information is posted on the Meetings page.

In 2019 we joined Journal Club with the Center for Systems Neurogenetics of Addiction (P50DA039841), led by Dr. Elissa Chesler, Jackson Laboratory (link).

10. March 11, 2016, Friday, 10 am PST

Dr. Terry Robinson will discuss the animal models of addiction as studying addiction-related traits rather than “addiction”. Terry will discuss behavioral pharmacology related to animal models of addiction. He will explain why, in his view, most of what is going on in the field may be leading us astray – and will present a promising model which his lab develops.
