UCSD/Scripps Pier area – Sunset Picnic Dinner at the Beach

We’ll have a UCSD Triton Transit charter shuttle bus that can take up to 30 passengers to the beach (and return service to BRF-2 after sunset).

At 6:00pm, we’ll meet for our pizza picnic on the lawn along La Jolla Shores Drive/El Paseo Grande—next to UCSD/Scripps parking lot P003. (near Scripps Seaside Forum; note that we will not use the Forum venue, but it’s a good landmark for rideshare!)

Grab some pizza from our tables and mingle on the lawn, or head down the stairs to the sand! Sunset will be at 7:05pm (Pacific Time).

There is no public parking in the immediate area; consider rideshare or walking in a group (~40-minute walk).
